Question and Answer

Q: How long can it last after charge?

A: This water dental flooser lasts more than 1 month with a single charge. Everyone's usage is different, but it can last at least 1 month.

Q: Is it portable? I travel a lot for business or pleasure.

A: For me, it's easy to carry, the tank is smaller for traveling, and the 300ml tank is enough for most people, whereas the 350ml tank of other flossers is too big to carry.

Q: How often do I need to charge it? I'm worried that it's draining too fast.

A: I've had mine 3 weeks and used it daily. I see the seller suggests charging once every 4 weeks, you can use that as a reference

Q: I have very sensitive teeth is the pressure too strong?

A: It is possible it does take some getting used to if your gums are bleeding you need to use a periodontal mouthwash for at least a month and brush your gums. But, i still recommend that novices start adapting from the low gear

Q: How do you detach the water tank to clean?

A: 1.Pull the water tank downwards and rinse clean with warm water.2.Wipe way moisture with a cloth and leave to dry in a well-ventilated room.3.Scrub the filter at the tip of the suction hose lightly with a soft brush.
